New Management Structure at Dominion Construction Inc. Ensures Continued Excellence Through Turbulent Economy

MARSHALL, VA (August 2012) – A reorganized management team and streamlined operations at Dominion Construction Inc. ensure that the company will weather the storms of the turbulent economy that has resulted in significant downturns in construction industries.

In late summer of 2012, the company relocated its main office to Marshall, VA and Brian Knepper now serves as the CEO and President. This change in Senior Management and the restructuring of the company will allow Dominion to better leverage the strengths of the company and its partners.

“We have streamlined our operations and reorganized to provide a more unified focus,” said Knepper. “This commitment will enable us to continue to deliver the best value to our clients, which is very important in today’s economic climate.”

Knepper added, “We see the tough economic times as an opportunity to show that we can weather the storm and continue our success.”

Knepper brings over 35 years experience as a founder/owner, president and chief operating officer, commercial contractor, project manager, superintendent, general superintendent and field operations manager. His extensive experience includes both heavy and light commercial construction, and for the past 20 years he has specialized in hospital construction environments.. As one of the original founders and stewards of Dominion Construction, he is looking forward to the next chapter in the company’s history.
